At GRANITE., each item is made-to-order using a print-on-demand process, allowing us to reduce waste and create unique products for our customers. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order contains incorrect items due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange to send the correct items to you at no additional cost.
